Lyn Ferguson BPharm, MRPharmS, MTOPRA
Lyn is a pharmacist with more than 30 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She worked in industry with Eli Lilly in both formulation and regulatory affairs, as a pharmaceutical assessor in the UK medicines agency, and as a regulatory consultant prior to co-founding RRG in 1990. Lyn has extensive experience in all aspects of regulatory affairs with particular expertise in sterile products. She is a member of The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs.
Tacye Connolly BSc (Hons), MTOPRA
Tacye has worked in Regulatory Affairs for over 25 years. She has worked for Glaxo, Baxter Healthcare and Novartis, where she managed the biotechnology product area. She subsequently became a Regulatory Consultant, firstly with Innovata Biomed and then with Regulatory Resources Group. Tacye became a Director and owner of Regulatory Resources Group in 1999.
The majority of Tacye's work is now in project management and regulatory strategy for small and start-up companies and in training especially in relation to strategy and clinical aspects of regulatory affairs. She was a longstanding member of the TOPRA Introductory Course organising committee.
Shaun Stapleton BSc (Hons), MTOPRA
Shaun Stapleton has over 20 years experience in pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs. His most recent position was Senior Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Ipsen. In this role he managed a team of regulatory professionals engaged in new product development (NCEs), life cycle management and regulatory operations internationally, including Europe, USA and Japan.
Shaun has been a member of BIRA/TOPRA since 1989 and is a former member of the EFPIA Regulatory Affairs Ad Hoc group. Shaun has been working with RRG since November 2006.
